Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength:

1. In 7 Minutes work up to the Heaviest Series Possible

1 x Power Snatch, 1 x Snatch, 1 x Over Head Squat

*If you fail a lift in the series you may continue to build simply just drop that lift from the next series

2. Squats

Choose one of the two following set/rep schemes

3×3

*Rest 2 Minutes between efforts
*Do not exceed 85% of your working 1rm in weigh

Conditioning:

5 Rounds

3 “AnyWay” Goblet Cleans 53/35
5 Goblet Squats
7 Headcutters
10 Burpees

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
