Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength:

1. 8 Minute EMOM

Odd Minutes = 1 x Hang Full Clean every 15 Seconds (4 total Reps)
Even Minutes = 8-12 T2Bs

2. 3 Rounds of the following

5 Rep Incline Bench Press
1-3 Weighted Pullups

*Rest 45-60 seconds after your Weighted Pullups before performing your next round

Conditioning:

3 Rounds

10 Full Snatches 95/65
20 Box Jumps 24/20
30 Second Handstand Hold

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
