Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength/Endurance Session:

5 Rounds of the Following series

2 Rounds

5 DxKB Snatches
10 Burpees
2 DxKB Bully Complexes
10 T2B

1 Round of Active Recovery

15 Russian Swings 44/26
30 Second Light AirDyne
30 seconds handstand hold

Bully Complex = 1 x DxKB Row, 2 x DxKB Deadlifts, 3 x DxKB Swings

*Just to be clear, you complete 2 Rounds of the posted work followed by 1 Round of the Active Recovery. Complete this series for a total of 5 Rounds.
*Kettlebell work for your Snatches and Bully Complex is up to you.

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
