Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength:

1) Build to working series of 7 SETS of the following “7 & 7s” series

1 x DxKB TGU to standing + 2 x Push Press + 5 x Front Squat + TGU Return

*Rest 60 seconds between efforts
*The goal is to use the same weight across alls sets, if you must load drop do so to get your reps
*Build to a maximal effort hitting at least 3 volume buidling sets leading up this based on avaible bell weight

2) 10 Minute AMRAP

Alternating SandBag Clean to Shoulder + SandBag TGU Return

*Get Heavy on this piece

3) 2 x 400 Meter sled drag

*Rest as needed between efforts
*Chooose a weight that will allow you to move at a steady unbroken pace

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
