Shift Day 7-2-2016

Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Conditioning:

Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes perform the following

4 x TGU’s (2R/2L)
150 Foot Sled Push

*Failure to complete in the allotted time, simply return to your bell for TGU’s, do not make up any missed rounds
*TGU weight is up to you

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
