50 Foot Double KettleBell Farmers Walk 70/53
18 Single Bell Goblet Squats 70/53
50 Foot Double KettleBell Farmers Walk 70/53
9 Double KettleBell Long Cycles (Clean and Jerks) 53/35

*Drop down to one bell for the Goblet Squats before picking the second bell back up and return to your other bells for your Long Cycle

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
