Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength/Endurance​ Training:

Choose a Heavy Russian Swing weight and perform the 500 Swings in as few sets as possible

*Every time you break perform 10 pushups then walk 100 feet and get back to swinging. Actually walk on your walk, the goal is to hit the biggest sets possible each effort

*Sets are to be performed Unbroken

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
