Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Power/Endurance Session:

1) 3 Rounds of the following

6 x DxKB Front Squats + 4 DxKB Front Rack Lunges (2R/2L) + 2 DxKB Push Presses

*Build to a maximal 3 round effort hitting at least 3 volume buidling sets leading up to your this based on avaible Weight.
*Rest 60-90 seconds Between efforts

2) 5 x 50ft Front Rack yoke carries

*Build to a maximal 5 set effort hitting at least volume buidling sets leading up this based on avaible Weight

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
