Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength:

1. 8 Minute OTM

Odd Minute: 10 x Russian Twists (5r/5l)
Even Minutes: 4 x Windmill (2r/2l)

2. Deadlifts

1 x Max Rep set at 70-75% of your 1rm

*You will perform one set of Touch and Go Deadlifts today. Choose the weight you think best suits you to hit between 8-12 reps. If you happen to surpass that goal cap your effort at no more the 15 reps.

Conditioning:

10 Power Snatches 135/95
12 Pullups
Run 200 Meters
10 Bar Over Burpees
12 Pullups
Run 400 Meters
10 Power Snatches 135/95
12 Pullups
Run 200 Meters

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
