Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength/Endurance Training:

100 Unbroken Russian Swings at your Heaviest weight Possible
400 Meter Sled Drag at a light Load
15 Pushups
75 Unbroken Russian Swings at a load lower then your Max set
300 Meter Sled Drag Heavier then last effort
15 Pushups
50 Unbroken Russian Swings at a load lower then your last set
200 Meter Sled Drag Heavier then last effort
15 Pushups
25 Unbroken Russian Swings at a load lower then your last set
100 Meter Sled Drag As HEAVY as Possible
15 Pushups

*Swings say Unbroken, that is the goal. Get a s Heavy as you can on the first set and dig in for 100 reps

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
