Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength:

1. 5 Rounds: Every 60 Seconds perform the following

1 x Heavy Power Clean

*Begin your first round at a load not exceeding 185/125 and build each round focus on explosive, crisp clean movement

2. In 10 Minutes work up to a Heavy Single on the Bench Press

Conditioning:

Tactical Athlete Challenge Workout

10 EMOM

1 Legless Rope Climb
8 Kettlebell Snatch 70/53 (4r/4l)

*These Rounds are to be performed on a 30 second on, 30 second off work rest ratio. If you do not complete your work in 30 seconds terminate the workout. If you hit all 10 rounds under the time caps you have completed the challenge

Notes – If this challenge is out of your wheel house and you’d like to sub in a leg assisted climb, strict or kipping c2b pullups you may. You may also lower the snatch weight but to complete the full challenge it calls for legless climbs and a bell weight of 70/53

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
