“Death by Kettlebell Thrusters”

Perform 1 Double KB Thrusters 53/35 the first minute, 2 the second minute, 3 the third minute, 4 the fourth minute, etc. You will continue this as long as you can until you no longer complete your given reps in your given minute. When this happens the workout comes to a end

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
