Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength:

1. Every 90 seconds for 5 sets perform the following

1x Clean Grip Deadlift, 1x Clean Pull, 1 x Hang Power or Full Clean

*You may build in these efforts

2. 3-5 Rounds of the following

5 Rep KB or Barbell Floor Press
4 Rep Archer Pullups (2r/2l) Click Here for Demo

*Rest 45-60 seconds after your Pullups

Conditioning:

3 Rounds

10 Hang Power Snatches 95/65
12 K2E
10 Burpees

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
