Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength/Endurance Training:

20 Minute EMOM

5 Kettlebell Snatches + 1 Top Down TGU

*Alternate hands each new minute
*The TGU must be perform from the standing position, to the ground and then back up

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
