Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength:

1. Choose from one of the two following Options

A) In 10 Minutes work up to a Heavy Single Power or Full Clean
or
B) Perform a 10 Minute EMOM completing 2-3 TnG Power or Full Cleans at the same load for all 10 sets

2. Squats

Choose one of the two following set/rep schemes

3×3

*Rest 2 Minutes between efforts
*Do not exceed 87.5% of your working 1rm in weight

Conditioning:

10 Minute AMRAP

5 PullUps
10 PushUps
15 American Swings 70/53

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
