Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength:

Complete 3-5 Rounds of the following

5 Power Cleans: Not to Exceed 82.5% of your working 1rm
Max Rep Strict Pullups
3 KB or Barbell Floor Press: Open Weight

*Rest 60 Seconds between Rounds, move with a purpose station to station within the sets
*Your Power Clean Station is to be performed as a drop and with a Rep performed every 10 seconds after the first rep is pulled

Conditioning:

7 Minute AMRAP

15 T2B
10 Burpees
50 Foot farmers Walk 70/53

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
