Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength:

1. On the minute Every minute for 10 minutes perform the following

4 x DB Snatches (2R/2L)

*Do not build in these efforts, pick a heavier load and stick with it

2. Squats

2 x 20

*Rest 2 minutes between efforts
*Squats to be performed at a weight not exceeding 45% of your 1rm

Conditioning:

20 Power Cleans 155/105
15 T2B
10 Clean and Jerks 155/105
5 Burpees

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
