KettleBell LP (Double Bell): Final Deload Week

This is the final week of our Double Bell Linear Progression Deload so you will notice a new Twist on our traditional Thursday training. Next week we will be back at it as we use our KBLP to again embrace the grind of the Double Kettlebell Long Cycle.

Conditioning:

4 Rounds of the Following

3 Minute AMRAP: One Round consist of the following

10 Foot Farmers Walk Out
4 See-Saw Presses (2r/2L)
10 Foot Farmers Walk Back
2 Strict Pullups
15 Foot Farmers Walk Out
6 See-Saw Presses (3r/3L)
15 Foot Farmers Walk Back
4 Kipping Pullups
20 Foot Farmers Walk Out
8 See-Saw Presses (4r/4L)
20 Foot Farmers Walk Back
6 Kipping C2B Pullups

*If your confident in your Pullups and have a weight vest or body armor wear it
*Rest 1 Minute between sets in performed UNWEIGHT, if you are weighting your pullups Rest 2 Minutes
*Farmers Walk and See-Saw weight is to be the same and is up to you

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
