Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength:

1. 5 Rounds of the following Gymnastics Chain

1 x L-Pullup, 1 x Strict T2B, 1 x Strict K2E, 3 x Kipping T2B

*Rest NO MORE then 45-60 Seconds between Efforts

2. 3 Rounds of the following

5 Reps Clean Grip Deadlift

*Rest 2 Minutes between sets
*The goal is NOT muscle failure. Lift as heavy as possible, staying as fresh as possible between sets, do not exceed 82.5% of your working 1rm Deadlift.

Conditioning:

7 Minute AMRAP

10 Unweighted Jump Squat
10 Alternating KB Front Rack Stepups 35/26 (5r/5l)

*Focus on keeping a strong rack position in all portions on your Stepups today

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
