Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength:

5 Rounds of the following

2-4 Rep Deadlift
3 x Weighted Pullups

*Rest NO MORE then 90-120 seconds between round
*Weight on Deadlifts not to exceed 80% of your working 1rm

Conditioning:

15 Minute AMRAP

15 Push Presses 95/65
10 T2B
1 RopeClimb
5 Burpee Box Jump Overs

*Increase Rope Climb one 1 Rep each Round

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
