Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength:

Complete 3-5 Rounds of the following

1-3 Weighted Pullups: Open Weight
3 Power Cleans: Not to Exceed 75% of your working 1rm
3-5 KB or Barbell Floor Press: Open Weight

*Rest 60 Seconds between Rounds, move with a purpose station to station within the sets
*You may not kip in your weighted pullups efforts, if you need to go completed unweighted to accomplish your goal reps do so

Conditioning:

30 Cal Row
30 T2B
30 Goblet Squat 70/53

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
