3 x 50 Unbroken Russian Swings

*Rest 60 seconds between intervals
*The goal of todays sets are crisp Unbroken sets. Don’t sell yourself short in your efforts and whatever weight you pick stay with it. You may raise or lower your weight each new set but you must finish your set before a new bell can be chosen


10 Minute AMRAP

8 Burpees
20 Second

*Begin your 20 second rest as soon as you complete your 8th burpee. See how many rounds you’ll be able to hit inside your 10 minute window

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
