One Attempts at a Max Rep Squat @ 70-75% of your True 1rm
Notes From Coach:
Deadlift: You may not go down in weight once you have opened on the Deadlift, this is in true Total fashion. You have three attempts after you warmup to hit a Max.
Bench: Once you have unracked the weight you have one attempt after warming up to hit a max set on the bench press. Work with a scooter but if they touch the bar or you rack out the set comes to an end.
Squat: Once you have unracked the weight you have one attempt after warming up to hit a max set of squats. If you rack the bar the set is terminated.
