Conditioning:

21 Minute EMOM

Minute 1: 30 Second Max Battle Rope
Minute 2: 5 Bucket Tosses 20/14
Minute 3: 2-3 Rope Climbs

*Tomorrow you will be performing a special “True Grit Total” with your Squat and Bench Based off your numbers from this weeks Maxes or your existing Max. Today is in essence a Deload.

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
