KettleBell LP (Double Bell): Deload Week 1


5 Rounds

Each Round is AMRAP 3 Minutes in Duration

3 Double KB Lifts 53/35
4 Burpees
5 Double KB Deadlifts 53/35
6 Box Jumps @ 20″

*Rest 1 minute between Rounds

*For the 3 rep DxKB lift you may choose between a Double KB Snatch or Double KB Clean
*DxKB Deadlifts are performed in a traditional KB stance with the bell being lift from between the legs not on the outside of them

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
