Strength:

1. Deadlift 2 x 20 @ 45-50%

*Rest 2-3 Minutes between efforts

2. 5 Minute EMOM

30 Second Max Battle Rope “Crossover”

Conditioning:

5 Rounds

5 Double KB Jerks 70/53
10 Cal Airdyne
20 Doubleunders

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
