KettleBell LP (Single Bell): Week 3/Deload

5 Minute Test Set

Today your test set is diminished to 5 minutes. The goal of this is allow you to test a new weight or movement for your upcoming Single Bell KBLP training phase. You in no means need to change your weight or lift this is your own choice. Today is simply programmed in to give you the option to do so.

*This is a one hand switch, no set down set so be sure to dig in in your training

Conditioning:

Run 800 Meters
30 Double KB Cleans 53/35
20 Dynamic Pushups (10r/10l)
10 Heavy sandbag cleans

*sandbag clean weight is completely up to you

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
