Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength:

In 15 Minutes work up to a Heavy effort on the following

1 x Full Snatch + 1 x Hang Full Snatch

Notes: The snatches are to be Unbroken be sure to link them together

Conditioning:

5 Rounds

2 MuscleUps
4 Toes 2 Ring
6 Power Snatches 75/55
8 Over Squats

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
