KettleBell LP (Single Bell): Deload Week 2

8 Minute Interval Set

15 Seconds on Max KB Jerk or Push Press Right Arm, Rest 15 seconds, 15 Seconds on Max KB Jerk or Push Press Left Arm, Rest 15 Seconds

*Your bell weight is not exceed 35/26 today
*Do not exceed your 15 second mark and stay with quality reps throughout the whole piece

Conditioning:

4 Rounds

15 Unbroken Double KB Front Squats 35/26

*Rest 1 Minute between efforts
*These are to be performed as sprints, if you break you squat set you must start it back over

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
