Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

KettleBell LP (Double Bell): Deload Week 2

5 Rounds of the Following

5 x Push Press, 25 foot overhead walk, 10 x Alternating Lunges (5r/5l)

*Rest 60 Seconds between efforts
*On the completion of your last push press keep the bells overhead and walk out 25 feet, then drop the bells to your side and complete 10 alternating lunges
*This is a Deload Week for you on your Double Bell LP and you may approach these sets however you like. The whole series is to be done unbroken and you may go lighter or heavier in your efforts dependent on your level of recovery.

Conditioning:

8 Minute AMRAP

25 Foot Single Arm Rack walk (R)
10 Chain Saw Rows (R)
10 Singel Arm Russian Swings (R)
10 Burpees
25 Foot Single Arm Rack walk (L)
10 Chain Saw Rows (L)
10 Singel Arm Russian Swings (L)

*You may go as Hevay on your KB work as you like but ensure a proper rack

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
