Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

KettleBell LP (Double Bell): Deload Week 1

3 Rounds of the following

3 x Double KB Press, 5 x Double KB Push Press, 7 x Double KB Jerk
60 Second Max Effort weighted stepups 24/20

*Rest 90 Seconds between efforts
*On the completion of your last jerk drop your Bells down to your side and begin your stepups
*This is a Deload Week for you on your Double Bell LP and you may approach these sets however you like. The whole series is to be done unbroken and you may go lighter or heavier in your efforts dependent on your level of recovery.

Conditioning:

5 Rounds

7 Hang Power Cleans 135/95
10 Burpees
7 Front Squats 135/95

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
