Cluster = 5, 3, 2

*Rest 15 Seconds between sets and 60 seconds between clusters

2. Deadlift

3×3 or 3×5

*Rest 90-120 seconds between efforts
*Do not Exceed 80% in your Deadlift efforts today

Conditioning:

Row 300 meters
10 Ball Slams

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
