Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

KettleBell LP (Double Bell): Deload Week 4

In 10 Minutes accumulate as many complete cycle as possible of the following

1 x Double Kettlebell Rack Turkish Getups + 3 Push Presses in the standing position before returning to the floor 53/35

*These Reps are all to be for quality, be sure to work slow and controlled through the movements, don’t rush these for sake of higher score
*Be sure to record your score for these with the an entire rep being counted when the you have returned to the ground

Conditioning:

7 Rounds

25 Foot Standing Sled drag
25 Foot Sled Push
1 Minute Double KB Farmers Walk Palms facing forward 53/35
30 Second Battle Ropes

*In this weeks version of your sled work you will perform a 25 foot standing sled drag to begin your rounds. This is to be performed with a rope attached to the sled and you pulling it hand over hand to you before pushing it back to the start. If you do not have access to this for your sled you may swap in a rope climb either legless or using a wrap

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
