25 Foot Double KB Overhead Walk
1 Burpee
25 Foot Double KB Farmers Walk 53/35

*Add 1 Double Snatch and 1 Burpee each new round. So first round is 1/1, then 2/2, 3/3, 4/4, etc

Conditioning:

12 Rounds

50 Foot Heavy Sled Push
1 Double Rack Turkish GetUp

*Double TGU weight is up to you on this piece today

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
