Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength:

1. Every 60-90 Seconds perform the following

1 x Power or Split Snatch

*Begin your first round at a load not exceeding 135/95 and build each round. The goal of todays training is to work up to Heavy single on the given lift you have chosen to test

2. Squats

3 x 15 @ BodyWeight

*Rest 2 Minutes between efforts
*If you need to lower your weight drop to between 80-90% of your current BW for your sets

Conditioning:

30 Kettlebell SuitCase Lunges Right Arm
20 Toes to Bar
30 Romanian Deadlifts 135/95
20 Russian Twists (With SuitCase Weight)
30 Kettlebell SuitCase Lunges Left Arm

*The Suitcase lunge weight is up to you but be sure to choose a weight that will allow for quality movement

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
