Strength/Conditioning:

5 Rounds

100 foot Heavy Front Load Carry (Stone, Keg, KB, Bag, etc.)
5 Strict Pullups
100 foot Suitcase Carry (Right)
5 Strict Pullups
100 Foot Suitcase Carry (Left)

*This workout is for time. Move with purpose while still going as heavy as you can on all your carries.
*You may use different implements from your front load and suitcase carries.

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
