Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength/Conditioning:

30 Minute EMOM

Odd Minutes:25 Foot Farmers Walk, 1 x TGU Right
Even Minutes: 25 Foot Farmers Walk, 1 x TGU Left

*Your farmers walk weight is up to you for todays training. But whatever weight you are using for the carry will be the same weight you use for your TGUs. This is a single arm TGU and you will alternate arms each new minute after your carry. Be sure to choose a weight that will allow for quality movement your entire workpiece

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light mono structural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
