Shift Day 1-01-2016

Yes, for a second week in a Row the program is calling for a Shift Day of Rest on Friday. Your 5th day of training will be posted on Saturday, Happy New Years from all of us at CrossFit Kettlebell. Also look forward to a new phase of training kicking of next week with direct input from founder Jeff Martone and some “Low Skill, High Volume” training he’s been working on.
